After 16 years working with sound and music combined with 6 years in the mattress industry, I’ve learned that creating the right sleep environment is one of the most important things you can do to improve your sleep quality. Temperature, light, sound, and daily habits all play a major role in helping you fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and wake up feeling restored.

My wife has over 15 years of experience supporting people through mental health challenges and at-risk youth. Even in the middle of someone’s worst moments, she has a rare ability to stay calm and steady — holding everything together when others are falling apart.
Though she’s naturally private and prefers to stay behind the scenes, her quiet strength and deep insight shape everything we create together at Transportive Life.

This isn’t something we learned from a book — it’s something we’ve lived.
We both grew up just blocks from Columbine. I worked across the field from the Aurora theater shooting, and we both survived the 2008 recession. We went through the COVID pandemic together. After losing my dad to suicide and fighting my own battle with depression and addiction, I learned the hard way that a peaceful sanctuary isn’t a luxury — it’s a necessity. After every hard season, we’ve come back to one simple truth: both our physical and mental health depend on quality sleep.

We’ve lived through enough financial chaos to know that traditional money doesn’t protect your peace.
